Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Lion Of Judah Gear stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully after your receive your purchase. If you have any misprinted, damaged, defective items or a quantity discrepancy please let us knows within 3 business day. Any items that were misprinted, damaged or defective a photo must to sent to us showing those issues before we can refund or sent you another item.

Due to the nature of our business, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We also cannot issue any refunds on items that have been sold as free, marked for final sale, refund any shipping charges, buyers remorse, neck gaiters or face masks.

Once we have received your item back into our warehouse it takes 1-7 business days to process your return and issue your refund. Once your refund has been issued, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the refund. We then advise you to contact your financial institution for their refund posting time frames.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days to the address that we sent to you and the customer must pay for their own shipping. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 20-day period. All items must be returned in new or unused condition and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.

We are not responsible for any items that may have been lost while being shipped back to our warehouse for a refund or issue refunds on items that have been lost or stolen while being shipped to the customer. All customers would have to contact the shipping company that was used regarding their lost shipment or stolen items.

Once your order has been placed we are not able to change or cancel your order it will immediately go into production at our warehouse.
